News Release No. 4 dated 23^rd June, 2010

MARC Reading, the newly formed, one and only Malayalee Association in Reading will hold its 1^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to form/elect a Governing Body, on 24^th July, 2010 Saturday from 10am to 12 noon.

Venue: 1^st Floor, The Warehouse Building, Cemetery Junction, 1A Cumberland Road, Reading, RG1 3LB (The entry to the meeting is via the rear of the building).

MARC Reading would like to request all Malayalee families in and around Reading to be part of MARC by taking the membership and actively participating in the activities of MARC. Membership forms and Governing Body nomination forms will be available with all MARC committee members w.e.f. 24^th June, 2010. All MARC members shall have equal right and opportunities to participate in the AGM and to be part of the Governing Body.

MARC Reading had previously announced to hold its AGM on 10^th July, 2010. But the date is postponed to 24^th July in order to maximise membership distribution to as many Malayalees as possible so that the AGM shall have better representation by the community.
